New Ideas was born in 2007, as a management consulting company, with the aim to improve the internationalization process of Italian and foreign industrial companies, mostly through a sectorial approach towards markets.
Upon the deep knowledge of the Italian and European industrial scenario, its districts and geographical localization of skills, synergies and diseconomies of this development model, we have successfully supported internationalization processes during the worst economic crisis of the century.
Originally from a family of meat traders in Bari, he started his managerial path as Contract Manager in a large Farm Machinery Cluster in Reggio Emilia (CESMA, within the regional government of Emilia Romagna structures of technical assistance to the industrial districts), taking care of international co-operation programmes (EU PHARE-JOPP, TACIS, ECIIP, etc), market researches, marketing, budgeting&controlling.
After a decennary experience at Bilanciai Group, where he directly took care of the takeover of the Pfister Waagen group, that he managed as CEO from 2002 to 2006, he started his consulting firm New Ideas, focus on internationalization, export management, business development, entrepreneurship, business modelling.

Nowadays, upon the experience acquired through the partnerships with clusters, large consortia, technological districts and associations of industrialists; the strong knowledge of the Italian and German industrial model; the direct and stable presence in Turkey and Iran, New Ideas is the ideal partner for large companies and SMEs, organizations aggregating entrepreneurs, State owned and private organizations, who aim at start or increase their internationalization activities in Europe, in the Mediterranean basin, in the Middle East, but especially in the Eurasian region.
With solid relations with local institutions and entrepreneurial organizations especially in that area, New Ideas is often driving aggregations of entrepreneurs (Associations, Consortia, Networks, etc), governmental and non-governmental organizations towards new project ideas, towards new industrial/commercial partnerships.
